KonformPass provides software-based readiness checks, structured action plans, evidence support, reporting and implementation workflow support for German SMEs across regulatory areas including e-invoicing, BFSG accessibility, EU AI Act and NIS2-Light.

KonformPass does not replace legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity or accessibility advice from qualified professionals. Nothing on the platform constitutes individual legal or tax advice.

KonformPass does not provide official certification, legal approval or guaranteed compliance. Readiness scores and reports are informational and operational planning tools.

The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information entered into the platform, and for taking appropriate action on the basis of the results.

Results are based on user input, available platform logic and the active rule set version. Scores are indicative and may change as inputs, rule sets or regulations evolve.

Rule sets are manually maintained by KonformPass and may not reflect every recent legal or regulatory change. Users should verify critical findings with legal, tax, IT security, accessibility or other qualified advisors.

Implementation support may be delivered by KonformPass, partners, freelancers or external providers. Terms of the individual engagement will be described before order confirmation.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

The platform must not be used to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Paid reports and implementation packages are subject to the scope shown before order confirmation. Prices, VAT treatment and payment terms will be disclosed at checkout.

KonformPass may update the platform, modules, scoring logic and terms over time. Reasonable notice will be given for material changes affecting existing paid engagements.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law (e.g. for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury).

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

KonformPass may update these Terms. The current version and date are shown at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
